On behalf of the prominent metal-mechanical company **ZINSA**, we are currently recruiting **PRODUCTION OPERATORS** **WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE** (**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**) for **IMMEDIATE HIRING**. **What do we offer?** **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration from day one * Payroll including all statutory benefits (health insurance, occupational risk insurance SCTr, family allowance, bonuses, vacation pay) * Monthly salary: S/1130 * Family allowance: S/113 * Weekly attendance bonus of S/85, awarded for perfect attendance, order and cleanliness in your work area, productivity, and punctuality * Night shift bonus on days assigned to night shifts * 100% meal coverage for all three shifts: lunch, dinner, and night shift meal * Transportation pickup to and from work (only for night shift) * Retention and continuity bonus of S/300 after two months of employment * Total monthly salary: S/1583 (S/1130 + S/113 + S/85 x 4 = 340) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Properly wear and maintain PPE (work uniform) throughout working hours * Full availability to work rotating shifts: 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:45 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:45 AM) * Loading and transporting various materials weighing between 10 kg and 25 kg * Filling sacks with different types of sand and other ground materials using shovels and other tools * Transporting sacks and metal ingots to foundry furnaces * Other instructions given by your direct supervisor **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in the field is not required. * Willingness to join the team and learn continuously * Dynamism and initiative for assigned tasks EMPLOYMENT TYPE: INDEFINITE WORK LOCATION: CALLAO – AV.
