Job Summary: VERDUM PERÚ SAC is seeking proactive Quality Assistants to ensure the quality and safety of food products and supervise processes at an industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. If you are proactive, initiative-driven, and eager to take on new challenges, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills. **Requirements:** \- Completed technical or university studies in food engineering, chemistry, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of work experience in food industrial plants (mandatory) \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work rotating shifts in Callao. **Main responsibilities of the Quality Assistant include:** \- Ensuring product quality and safety at all process stages until final product dispatch. \- Control and supervision of production line processes. \- Supervising Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) \- Maintaining up-to-date documentation required at each process stage \- Coordinating with the Shift Supervisor for activity planning \- Inspecting compliance with established parameters for each CCP **If you are committed, service-oriented, and eager to grow professionally, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
