The role involves making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking customers to update energy-related invoices (gas and electricity). Main Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to update service billing. Spanish-speaking customers Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times. Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age. Strong verbal communication skills and proactive attitude.
