Job Summary: We are seeking responsible Overlockers to ensure proper finishing of textile products, meeting quality and durability standards. Key Points: 1. Ensure quality and durability in the finishing of textile products. 2. Operation of overlock machines and sock closing machines. 3. Meeting production timelines and targets. At VILAV, we are looking for responsible and committed **Overlockers** who ensure proper finishing of textile products in compliance with the company’s established quality and durability standards. - Main Responsibilities * Select hosiery for overlocking according to order priority. * Review the pre-guide and guide for each batch of hosiery before initiating the process. * Report any misalignment or defect detected to the finishing supervisor. * Inspect and adjust the tension and needles of the overlock machine. * Perform the overlocking process according to product type. * Maintain organization by type, model, and color during work. * Sort and place finished products in an orderly manner. * Deposit overlocked products into black or transparent bags when the area is full. * Perform intermediate overlocking as required or upon instruction from the supervisor. * Meet assigned production timelines and targets. * Verify that overlocking is uniform and durable. ✅ Requirements * Technical training in textile garment manufacturing. * Industrial sewing course (Overlocking). * Course on operation of industrial garment manufacturing machines. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions (overlocking) within textile factories. * Knowledge of overlock machines / sock closing machines. * Ability to work under production targets and quality standards. **Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site. * Position Type: Full-time. * Working Hours: **MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM (12 hours)** * Salary: 2000 * Send your resume or CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * In the subject line, indicate the position you are applying for.
