Requirements: * Proficiency in Office applications * Knowledge of SAP, BASC, and ISO standards * Knowledge of Administrative Management * Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions What challenges will I face? * Develop transportation schedules and programs according to requirements, in coordination with involved departments. * Coordinate and inform drivers about trip schedules. * Continuously monitor vehicles and personnel en route (via phone and GPS). * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and coordinate with them regarding service execution. * Process settlements for services rendered for billing purposes, reviewing and validating all required documents (service sheets, waybills, etc.). * Request the Accounting Department to issue travel allowances for drivers. * Record and settle expenses from invoices submitted by drivers. * Submit vehicle maintenance schedules. * Record fuel consumption per driver and verify compliance with established averages. * Manage, nationwide and before SUNAT or customs authorities of the Republic of Peru as applicable, all permits and documentation required for drivers and vehicles to access various warehouses and ports. * Comply with standard norms and controls under the BASC policy. * Process entry passes for vehicles and drivers to major national ports and customs warehouses. * Periodically review potential infractions (traffic tickets) for all units (tractor/trailer) at SAT Lima and Callao Municipality, and promptly report them for corresponding deductions. * Prepare and submit reports and/or performance indicators for the transportation and distribution process to management.
