Requirements * Completed secondary education. * No prior welding experience required; workshop or metalworking experience is preferred. * Preferred residence in areas near Ventanilla: **Los Olivos, Comas, San Martín de Porres, Puente Piedra, Ventanilla, Ancón, or Independencia**. * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Interest and willingness to learn and develop as a **welder**. Responsibilities * Assist in welding tasks and fabrication of metal structures. * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks. * Support the lead welder in various technical duties. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Follow instructions and procedures established by the immediate supervisor. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
