Location: PE - CALLAO Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: SONIA NIETO **Production Specialist – Goodyear Peru** At Goodyear, we are looking for a **Production Specialist** for our tire manufacturing plant in Peru. This role is key to ensuring that our manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality, meeting our production goals and international standards. **What will you do?** * Supervise and ensure all operations comply with the highest **safety** standards. * Guarantee products meet Goodyear's technical specifications and **quality** standards. * Drive **process optimization**, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor daily production, ensuring target achievement and applying corrective actions when necessary. * Support the management of certifications and standards such as **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949**. **What are we looking for?** * **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields). * Certification in **Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt)**. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in manufacturing environments**, preferably in the tire or automotive industry. * Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP), continuous improvement methodologies, and data analysis tools (Power BI or Tableau). * Leadership skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to make decisions under pressure. **Desirable:** * Master's degree in Operations Management or related field. * Six Sigma Black Belt certification. * 5 to 7 years of experience in leadership roles within high-precision manufacturing plants.
