We seek an organized, analytical, and committed individual with proven accounting experience and expertise in the CONCAR software, who will contribute to the company’s proper financial, accounting, and administrative management. Location: Chorrillos Work Mode: On-site Position Type: Full-time Main Responsibilities: * Accurately and timely record accounting entries. * Perform account analysis. * Support the preparation and review of Financial Statements. * Prepare financial and accounting reports for decision-making. * Manage, organize, and control accounting documentation. * Operate and administer the CONCAR accounting software. * Process employee onboarding and offboarding in T\-Registro. * Support the calculation and preparation of social benefits settlements. * Propose improvements to accounting and administrative processes. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate financial information flow. Requirements: * Technical professional in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience. * Solid and proven experience in accounting. * Mandatory proficiency in the CONCAR accounting software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge of Financial Statement preparation and analysis. * Familiarity with T\-Registro and social benefits settlement processing. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos.
