Quality control and vehicle inspection We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing vehicle service requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics or graduated Mechanical Technician (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's license (mandatory) Competencies and Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Attention to detail and observational ability. * Service-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure. * Punctuality. * Responsibility. * Honesty. * Proactivity. Responsibilities: * Receive vehicles, conduct vehicle inventory, and generate estimates. * Maintain constant communication with customers to inform them about estimates, repairs, and vehicle delivery timelines. * Track orders from Work Order (WO) creation through to closure. * Conduct quality control upon completion of services. * Inspect the vehicle with the customer at delivery and communicate recommended notes. Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
