We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing vehicle service requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics or a graduate of Mechanical Technician (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's license (mandatory) Competencies and Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Attention to detail and observational ability. * Service-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure. * Punctuality. * Responsibility. * Honesty. * Proactivity. Responsibilities: * Receive vehicles, conduct vehicle inventory, and generate estimates. * Maintain consistent communication with customers to inform them about estimates, repairs, and vehicle delivery timelines. * Track the process from Work Order (WO) issuance through to WO closure. * Perform quality control upon completion of services. * Conduct vehicle inspection with the customer at delivery and communicate recommended notes. Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
