Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage automotive workshop operations. Respond to customer messages and inquiries received via social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Provide information and quotations for maintenance and repair services. Coordinate and supervise work performed by mechanics and workshop assistants. Follow up with customers and close service sales. Organize the workshop's appointment schedule and service planning. Supervise service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate spare parts orders and warranty tracking. Support social media posts and promotions. Report on customer service and sales performance and progress. Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive workshop administration. Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive services. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media platforms, and basic office tools.
