Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Technician with experience in underground mining equipment, responsible for maintenance, spare parts management, and equipment monitoring. The position requires proactivity, fieldwork capability, and commitment to quality standards. Requirements: Technical or professional degree in heavy machinery maintenance, automotive mechanics, or related fields. Knowledge of underground mining equipment such as Scooptram, Jumbo, articulated dumper, bolter, SCALER, and others. (MANDATORY) Ability to read engineering drawings. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or with underground equipment for underground mining. Valid driver's license (MANDATORY) Responsibilities: Planning and monitoring of maintenance activities. Maintenance recordkeeping. Spare parts and tools management. Mechanical assistance. Performing pre-delivery checklists on new machinery before handing over to customers, and tracking and monitoring equipment. Preparing work reports.
