Main Responsibilities:* Be the first point of contact for equipment emergencies. * Coordinate immediate solutions together with the logistics team. * Use internal and external networks to resolve critical situations. * Maintain communication with regional parts, service, and import departments. * Provide support to the commercial area for emergency orders. * Analyze and inform customers about incidents that have occurred. * Collaborate with teams on maintenance projections. * Actively participate in EHS, health, and wellness initiatives. * Report and collaborate in incident investigations. Requirements:* Technical degree in administration, automotive mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating with customers in parts and aftermarket areas. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency (mandatory). * Skills in order management, logistics, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
