National land freight and cargo transportation company is looking for a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR / YARD** for a fleet of heavy-duty vehicles **Responsibilities and functions:** * Extensive experience in automotive mechanics, preferably with heavy-duty vehicles. * Management of work teams (drivers, mechanics, and operators). * Coordination and supervision of mechanical assistance. * Implement compliance systems according to company policies and procedures, managing all requirements necessary for safe transportation. * Lead and supervise the work of mechanics, electricians, and others. * Propose improvements to the transportation system, ensuring safety and resource optimization. * Verify compliance with employee transportation route schedules. * Monitor routes, operations, and working conditions of drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and effective transportation. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor according to the nature of the position. **Qualifications:** * Preferably a degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanics and tire management for heavy-duty vehicles. * Proficiency in Excel. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. * Solid knowledge of personnel transportation and safety management. * Tolerant to frustration and able to work under pressure. * Must reside in areas near Callao. * Initial months on contractor basis, then transition to permanent payroll. * Immediate availability.
