Fault diagnosis and adherence to procedures. **Job Definition:** ✔ Responsible for installing, reinstalling, and uninstalling telematics equipment, complying with safety protocols and operational procedures; always treating customers respectfully and courteously to meet their needs and fulfill required quality standards. **Responsibilities:** ✔ The Installation and Maintenance Technician is responsible for documenting all fieldwork performed and diagnosing potential equipment failures. ✔ Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures, as well as risk minimization measures applicable to remote work. ✔ Perform installation, reinstallation, uninstallation, and maintenance of telematics equipment in accordance with respective operational procedures. ✔ Comply with the company’s internal policies and procedures. ✔ Comply with remote work guidelines. **Requirements:** \- Technical degree in automotive mechanics or automotive electronics. \- Knowledge of automotive electronics and telematics equipment installation is not mandatory. \- One year of experience in similar positions. \- Proficiency in Excel and basic office tools. **We Offer:** \- General payroll regime. \- Performance bonus starting from the 4th month. \- 30 days of vacation per year of service. \- ESSALUD regular health insurance. \- Life insurance (Ley de Vida), SCTR. \- Full statutory bonuses. \- CTS equivalent to one full monthly salary per year. \- Statutory profit-sharing.
