Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to support food production from dough preparation to packaging, ensuring quality and order. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** **\-** Minimum 1 year of experience in food production, as a bakery assistant or helper. \- Experience in processes such as ingredient measurement, dough preparation, baking, etc. \- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices for food. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist process supervisors from dough preparation, baking, through to packaging. \- Verify that all products comply with specifications and adhere to established parameters. \- Maintain a tidy and clean work area. \- Likewise, comply with tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** \- Market-competitive salary \+ Punctuality Bonus (10% of salary) \+ Overtime Pay \- Employment contract effective from the first day of work \- Full statutory benefits \- Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Vacation, Profit Sharing. **Schedule:** Sunday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Don’t hesitate to apply if you believe this role is right for you.
