A French pastry project currently undergoing expansion is seeking a proactive and dynamic baker. REQUIREMENTS: ⁠ ⁠Education/training in bakery/pastry or related fields. ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of and interest in French bakery/pastry (especially laminated dough for viennoiserie). ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience. **⁠** ⁠Availability to work in the district of MIRAFLORES. ⁠ ⁠Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off. Early-morning shift starts at 10:00 PM. ⁠ ⁠Must be organized, rigorous, and demanding regarding one’s own work.
