




A French pastry project currently undergoing expansion is seeking a proactive and dynamic baker. REQUIREMENTS: Education/training in bakery/pastry or related fields. Knowledge of and interest in French bakery/pastry (especially laminated dough for viennoiserie). Minimum 1 year of experience. **** Availability to work in the district of MIRAFLORES. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off. Early-morning shift starts at 10:00 PM. Must be organized, rigorous, and demanding regarding one’s own work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning and production of classic French bakery/pastry. Preparation of standardized recipes (reading and executing recipes). Mise en place and assistance in final assembly.
