Shift schedule: 8am to 5pm Functions: * Preparation of artisanal breads (ciabatta, French bread, egg bread, among others). * Knowledge and experience in preparing puff pastry, sourdough, croissants, BAKERY products, among others. * Operation of workshop equipment (oven, blast chiller, laminator, mixer, whisk, among others). * Verify input stock.
