Hello, we are Alanya Repostería; We are looking for cleaning staff to cover AM shift breaks Schedule: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm AM SHIFT OR 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Meals provided Responsibilities: * Cleaning of Work Surfaces. * Waste Management. * Floor and Wall Cleaning. * Maintenance of Bathrooms and Locker Rooms. * Sanitation Compliance. * Cleaning of Common Areas. * Collaboration with Production Staff in washing tasks. * Disinfect tables, counters, and food preparation areas. * Clean and disinfect utensils, molds, and tools used in production. * Clean and disinfect mixers, ovens, laminators, and other bakery equipment. * Ensure all equipment is free of flour, dough, and other ingredient residues. * Empty and clean trash and recycling bins. * Ensure proper disposal of production waste and byproducts. * Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors in the production area. * Clean walls to remove stains and splashes. * Regularly inspect facilities for signs of pests. * Implement preventive and corrective pest control measures. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms and locker rooms used by staff. * Ensure availability of supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper. * Washing and drying of Cambros. * Other duties inherent to the position.
