Job Objective** To provide warm, prompt, and efficient service to walk-in customers and those dining in, ensuring a satisfying experience and fostering loyalty. **2\. Responsibilities** * Greet each customer warmly and courteously. * Identify customer needs and recommend products (breads, pastries, beverages, combo meals, etc.). * Take orders for dine-in and take-away service. * Answer queries regarding products (ingredients, freshness, promotions). * Serve ordered items at tables or deliver them at the counter. * Pack take-away items correctly. * Keep tables and the service area clean and organized. * Restock display cases with products. * Check product expiration dates and quality. **3\. Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in customer service or related fields preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in food or retail. **Knowledge:** * Good food handling practices (preferred). **Working Conditions** * Rotating work schedule: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Sunday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one rotating day off between Monday and Saturday). * Breakfast and lunch provided for both shifts. * Statutory benefits (vacation, bonus, and CTS). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
