Job Summary: We are seeking a Customs Clearance Assistant to review documentation, control container loading, and participate in physical inspections and customs control activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and verification of customs documentation 2. Container loading control and sealing 3. Participation in physical inspections before SUNAT and regulatory agencies A customs agency belonging to a solid corporate group is looking for a **CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ASSISTANT** to join our team: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review documentation for assigned clearances (DAM, booking, containers), verifying compliance. * Conduct container loading control, applying seals and verifying weights against records in temporary storage. * Promptly report discrepancies or incidents to the sector specialist for resolution. * Participate in physical inspections and customs control actions before SUNAT, representing the operation. * Support commodity inspections before regulatory agencies (SENASA, SERFOR, among others). * Comply with operational guidelines and area performance indicators (KPIs). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Logistics, or Customs. * Specialization in International Trade and Customs. * **SUNAT/Customs-registered Customs Clearance Assistant title (Mandatory).** * Knowledge of customs legislation and procedures. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in the logistics sector for the mining industry or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * SINTAD system experience (desirable) **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Commuting transportation assistance. * Professional development within a solid corporate group. **Working Hours**: Rotating schedule.
