Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Dispatch Assistant to review documentation, control container loading, report incidents, and participate in physical inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in inspections and compliance with guidelines A customs agency belonging to a solid corporate group is looking for a **CUSTOMS DISPATCH ASSISTANT** to join our team: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review documentation for assigned dispatches (DAM, booking, and containers), verifying compliance. * Conduct container loading control, applying seals and verifying weights against those recorded in the temporary warehouse. * Promptly report discrepancies or incidents to the sector specialist for resolution. * Participate in physical inspections and control actions before SUNAT, representing the operation. * Support inspections of goods by regulatory entities (SENASA, SERFOR, among others). * Comply with operational guidelines and departmental performance indicators (KPIs). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Logistics, or Customs. * Specialization in International Trade and Customs. * **SUNAT/Customs-registered Customs Dispatch Assistant title (Mandatory).** * Knowledge of customs legislation and procedures. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the logistics sector serving the mining industry or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * SINTAD system experience (desirable) **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Commuting assistance. * Professional development within a solid corporate group. **Working Hours**: Rotating schedule.
