**PASTRY ASSISTANT (WITH EXPERIENCE) MAGDALENA LOCATION** We are looking for an experienced Pastry Assistant to join our team. ***Responsibilities:*** Assist the Chef and organize the preparation of a variety of pastry products, accurately following different recipes. Keep the pastry area and utensils clean to comply with hygiene standards. Prepare, assemble desserts and/or other pastry and bakery products according to quality standards and recipes. Comply with company-established procedures, applying MISE EN PLACE (Order and Cleanliness). Decorate products according to recipe or instructions. Properly carry out waste collection procedures. Prepare and bake doughs. ***Requirements:*** Valid DNI required. Reside in districts adjacent to MAGDALENA. Technical degree or higher studies in pastry, gastronomy, or baking (MANDATORY). Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in pastry. Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Efficiency in production timing. Responsibility and punctuality.
