We operate in over **90 countries**, and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of: **Production Operator** **Responsibilities** * Perform operational tasks specific to the sample preparation area. * Weigh minerals weighing approximately 30 to 60 grams. * Carry out activities requiring **physical effort**, maintaining appropriate posture and correct use of personal protective equipment. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** No work experience required. * **Availability:** * On-site work in **Callao**, on weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Benefits** * **Full payroll registration**, with all statutory benefits: overtime pay, bonuses, EsSalud, profit-sharing bonuses (gratificaciones), severance pay (CTS), family allowance, annual profits (utilidades), vacation time, among others. * **Base salary:** S/ 1,290\.00 * **Base EPS plan**, covering **92\.71%**. * **Oncology insurance**, covering **100%** for the employee and eligible dependents. * **Positive work environment** and learning opportunities.
