Position Summary: Newrest is seeking a Bakery Intern to assist in product preparation and production while complying with hygiene and food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Follow hygiene and food safety standards Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in over 58 countries, including Peru. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations across Air Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Remote Site Services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality within the latter. We are currently seeking a Bakery Intern with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed technical studies in Pastry and/or Bakery. \- And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting their knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and confectionery products according to established recipes and procedures. \- Meet production targets, ensuring efficiency and appropriate use of inputs. \- Properly handle and clean work tools and equipment, such as knives, dough sheeters, ovens, etc. \- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all stages of production. \- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and efficient workplace. \- Provide support for other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
