A major banking institution is seeking to hire bank tellers / platform staff. REQUIREMENTS: 1: Minimum 6 months of experience working in cash handling roles at financial institutions, mass-consumption companies, retail stores, supermarkets, self-service outlets, or related sectors. 2: Currently enrolled in or having incomplete technical or university studies. 3: Proficient Excel user level. 4: Immediate availability required. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1: Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and 2: Executes operational procedures and activities specific to teller counter service in accordance with internal regulations, 3: Encourages customers to use digital channels and the benefits they offer, as well as other alternatives for addressing their financial needs 4: Participates in achieving the branch's business goals by promoting sales of position-specific products (e.g., insurance) 5: Safeguards and administers cash and/or valuables held in the vault, ATMs, petty cash funds, and teller counters; exercising dual control with the Head of Services BENEFITS: 1: Market-competitive salary 2: Mobility bonus 3: Meal allowance 4: Performance-based bonus 5: Direct payroll with the bank / Profit-sharing 6: Career progression path available starting at 6 months. 7: Many additional benefits as part of this banking institution Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
