Job Summary: We are seeking a Cold Storage Operator to operate stackers and hydraulic forklifts, perform picking and product transfer, and maintain order in cold storage chambers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of stackers and hydraulic forklifts 2. Management of products in cold storage chambers 3. Application of good storage practices We are currently recruiting for the position: Cold Storage Operator 1.1. Operate stackers and hydraulic forklifts for picking and transferring work-in-process and finished products from the freezing tunnel to cold storage chambers. 1.2. Dispatch containers correctly using assigned PPE and tools provided by the immediate supervisor. 1.3. Promptly report any anomalies encountered during machinery operation to the Cold Storage Supervisor. 1.4. Place finished products in designated locations inside cold storage chambers to ensure easy identification, following FIFO and FEFO principles. 1.5. Weigh frozen products entering the chamber and label them with information including weights, batches, and/or freezing dates. 1.6. Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor (e.g., completing forms, issuing entry/exit vouchers, etc.). **a) PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION LEVEL:** \- Completed secondary education. **PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:** \- Not required. **ACADEMIC DEGREE:** \- Not required. **JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** \- Bench mechanics, basic hydraulics. \- Good storage practices **a) EXPERIENCE:** \- Minimum 1 year in similar positions (preferably in cold storage chambers). **b) AGE:** \- 25 years or older.
