Manage claim and NPS data to deliver information to different bank departments: channels, planning, and claims. 2\. Prepare all regulatory reports related to departmental management. 3\. Provide information to internal customers by creating and maintaining dashboards and visualizations of key customer experience metrics. 4\. Support the generation of insights on opportunities to improve customer experience through data analysis. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience handling large volumes of data. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL knowledge (mandatory). * Knowledge of GCP or BigQuery (desirable). * Analytical ability to interpret data and draw conclusions. * Support in defining plans. * Knowledge of CX methodologies, metrics, tools, and systems (desirable).
