Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Automate recurring deliverables to improve efficiency and consistency. * Dashboard Development and Maintenance: Design and implement control panels (dashboards) and interactive management dashboards (often using tools such as Looker Studio, MicroStrategy, or QuickSight) that display key business performance indicators (KPIs). * Perform data analysis and exploitation to conduct diagnostics and identify opportunities for various products (assets/liabilities). * Conduct tactical cross-analyses to deploy targeted initiatives based on product needs. * Implement use cases (models and analyses) that help increase product revenue. * Other responsibilities assigned by the team leader, and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Python and PySpark. * Solid experience managing and analyzing large volumes of information (databases). * Experience building dashboards and using visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or QuickSight). * Proficiency in Google Workspace suite (especially Google Sheets and Presentations). * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools, including their usage and application. * Prior experience in the financial, insurance, or related sectors (preferred). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
