Positive work environment. **Join our team!** At **HIDROLED S.A.C.**, a national leader in engineering and water treatment projects, we are looking for a **Digital Marketing and Design Assistant**, focused on end-to-end management of content, graphic design, and digital campaigns to promote projects and reinforce corporate branding. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in digital marketing and graphic design or similar roles. * Knowledge of corporate social media management. * Experience with digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). * Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools. * **Desirable:** Own editing platforms or tools. * **Mandatory:** Proficiency with the **CANON R8** camera or equivalent mirrorless cameras. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, develop, and execute **end-to-end digital content** for industrial projects. Create posts for **social media (LinkedIn, Meta)** and the **corporate website**, using provided materials or producing content directly. Design and edit corporate and project-related graphic assets: signage, manuals, brochures, flyers, office supplies, etc. Plan, execute, and monitor **digital advertising campaigns**, as required, on: * Meta Ads * Google Ads * LinkedIn Ads Conduct photographic and/or audiovisual coverage of industrial projects. Operate the **CANON R8** camera to document projects. Support management of the company’s image and audiovisual asset library. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (REMYPE) * Fixed monthly salary of S/1500 to S/2000 (subject to evaluation) * Opportunity for professional development. * Employment with a solid and growing company. * Positive work environment.
