Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of furniture and infrastructure at the facility, ensuring their proper use and preservation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of furniture and infrastructure. 2. Support maintenance activities with third-party service providers. 3. Record maintenance reports to ensure BPM compliance. A reputable company in the sector is currently seeking a General Services Technician. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical background in general services. * Minimum 2 years of experience in general services. * Knowledge of painting, drywall, welding, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am \- 5:15 pm. * Availability to work overtime when required. * Availability to work at Av. Maquinarias 2414, Cercado de Lima. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of furniture at the facility to ensure its proper use. * Carry out general painting activities for infrastructure at the facility to ensure infrastructure preservation. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities with third-party service providers at the facility to ensure infrastructure availability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of sanitary facilities at the facility to ensure their proper use. * Record preventive and corrective maintenance reports for infrastructure at the facility to ensure compliance with BPM requirements. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Work location: Av.
