Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and positive Advertising Graphic Designer to produce digital and physical materials, catalogs, motion flyers, and packaging, as well as provide creative support and visual quality control. If you are creative and have a positive attitude, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** **Digital Material Design:** \- Create banners, flyers, social media posts, and cover images. \- Design advertisements and promotional assets for online campaigns. \- Produce visual content aligned with marketing strategies. **Physical Material Design:** \- Develop printed graphic assets such as posters, billboards, labels, stickers, vinyls, or point-of-purchase (POP) materials. \- Ensure correct file preparation for printing. **Catalog Design:** \- Produce the **digital product catalog**, maintaining visual consistency, readability, and organization. \- Update catalog versions with new products, prices, or designs. **Motion Flyer Design:** \- Create animated assets for reels, stories, or product presentations. \- Collaborate with editors or filmmakers on integrating these resources. **Packaging Design:** \- Develop visual proposals for containers, labels, boxes, or packaging. \- Ensure designs reflect the brand’s visual identity and quality standards. **Product Visual Management:** \- Organize and keep updated the **product photography library** by brand and category in Google Drive. \- Coordinate with the filmmaker for photo sessions or updates. **Creative Support:** \- Collaborate with audiovisual and marketing teams on campaign, launch, and activation conceptualization. \- Propose innovative graphic ideas that reinforce brand positioning. **Visual Quality Control:** \- Verify correct application of visual identity before each publication or print. \- Ensure chromatic, typographic, and stylistic consistency across all assets. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of prior experience in advertising design for urban or beauty brands. * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Advertising Design or a related field. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva Pro, and Figma. * Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. * Collaborative work style and effective communication.
