We are looking for a **Semi-Senior Host Developer** to join banking and finance sector projects focused on Payment Methods, working on mainframe/host platforms using COBOL technologies and transactional and batch environments, under agile frameworks. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain online and batch Host applications in COBOL. * Implement and support CICS, VSAM, and JCL processes. * Manage and monitor batch executions using Control\-M. * Participate in version control and change management using CHANGEMAN. * Collaborate on Payment Methods projects ensuring quality, stability, and performance. * Apply continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices supported by Jira. * Coordinate with functional and technical teams for incident analysis and resolution. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Host/Mainframe Developer. * Solid knowledge of COBOL (online and batch), CICS, VSAM, VAX, JCL, Control\-M, Altamira, and CHANGEMAN. * Proven experience working under agile methodologies (SCRUM). * Experience implementing CI/CD practices using Jira. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment Methods within the banking and finance sector. **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll and benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * A birthday leave day. * An attractive corporate benefits plan. * A dynamic work environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Competitive salary. \#LI\-ML2
