Job Summary: Develops and manages product categories, negotiates with suppliers, and enhances the customer experience to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Category development and achievement of sales and margin KPIs. 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers for sales and inventory. 3. Content creation to optimize customer navigation and conversion. **Job Description** ---------------------- Grow the business sustainably and profitably over time. 1\. Develop the assigned category, ensuring achievement of sales, margin, and contribution KPIs. 2\. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure sales and inventory. 3\. Develop product images, technical specifications, and in-page content to ensure optimal customer navigation and enhance the Conversion Rate with suppliers (1P). 4\. Develop new assortment (1P \- products in stock and green-sale items). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or related industries. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Intermediate English proficiency minimum. * Advanced Excel skills.
