Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance activities on plant equipment, inspecting and repairing machinery while ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform mechanical maintenance activities according to scheduled programs. 2. Repair motors, fans, motor-reducers, and gearboxes. 3. Promote and maintain order and cleanliness during maintenance activities. Our team consists of highly qualified professionals, and we utilize state-of-the-art machinery to meet our clients’ requirements promptly and efficiently. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician · 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination · Completed technical studies or currently enrolled in final cycles of Mechanical Maintenance · Knowledge of welding, bench mechanics, and mechanical equipment repair · Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM \-12:30 PM · Availability to work on Sundays and holidays (if required) · Availability to work overtime (if required) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform assigned mechanical maintenance activities on plant equipment in accordance with Maintenance Programs. · Inspect and carry out repairs on equipment assigned to the Mechanical Maintenance department. · Repair motors / fans / motor-reducers / gearboxes. · Comply with corporate standards for control of plant mechanical systems. · Adhere to safety regulations. · Promote and maintain order and cleanliness during maintenance activities. · Participate in identifying root causes of unplanned production line stoppages. · Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** · Assertive communication · Analytical ability · Responsibility and punctuality · Commitment to assigned tasks **WE OFFER:** · Bi-weekly remuneration · Social benefits, according to labor regime · Formal payroll registration · SCTR and ESSALUD insurance · Life insurance as mandated by law · Position type: Technician / Contract-based · Salary: S/ 1,600\.00 – S/ 1,800\.00 Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Education: * Completed Technical Degree (Preferred) Work location: Regular travel required
