We seek an organized, proactive individual with a strong service orientation, capable of ensuring agile and high-quality service to internal and external customers, as well as efficient management of documentation and communications. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed technical studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * **Basic Training:** Knowledge of administrative management and customer service. * **Experience:** 2 years in administrative roles. * **Languages:** Basic English proficiency preferred (not mandatory). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer and route domestic and international phone calls from customers, suppliers, and the general public. * Manage reception, registration, distribution, and dispatch of internal and external correspondence, prioritizing urgent items. * Provide courteous and timely service to customers, visitors, and suppliers. * Administer use of the boardroom according to departmental requests. * Receive customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate department, conducting follow-up as needed. * Maintain physical and/or digital document archives, ensuring order and easy access. * Timely record and relay messages addressed to staff. * Monitor stock levels of office supplies and cafeteria items, managing replenishment. * Prepare letters and administrative documents as required. * Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisors or Management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization and planning * Confidentiality * Responsibility * Service orientation * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * How many years of experience do you have as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant? * What is your proficiency level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
