Join EY—and together, let’s build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in financial sector companies (e.g., banks, finance companies). * Minimum 6 months of experience handling risk management topics (e.g., credit, market, liquidity, or operational risk). * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced level). * Knowledge of Peru’s banking regulatory framework and international financial system regulatory aspects (preferred). * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Support the assigned team on risk transformation consulting projects, process improvement, model reviews, and other initiatives. * Contribute to developing new services aligned with regulations set by the SBS, SMV, or international frameworks. * Assist in project management. * Participate in preparing service proposals for prospective clients.
