Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst in the banking sector, capable of managing complex projects and modeling processes for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a Process Analyst in complex projects. 2. Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPM, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). 3. Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology areas. Required Profile * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields. * \+ 6 years of experience in the banking sector. * Proven experience as a Process Analyst in complex projects. * Project management experience (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPM, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma is a plus). * Experience in the financial sector, banking, payment methods, or fintech (desirable). * Experience in end\-to\-end process mapping (front, middle, and back office). * Knowledge of interactions between processes and systems (integrations, automations). * Experience with modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, or others). * Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology areas. * Analytical, structured, and continuous-improvement-oriented thinking. * Strong execution orientation, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Data handling skills (advanced Excel, SQL desirable).
