Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax principles and criteria in the organization's tax determination, including preparation and filing of sworn statements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure tax compliance in tax determination 2. Prepare and file monthly and annual sworn statements 3. Support other departments with advice on tax obligations **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure compliance with tax principles and criteria in the organization's tax determination. * Timely preparation and filing of monthly sworn statements and the annual sworn statement (VAT, Income Tax, Non-Residents, ITAN, among others) * Validation of correct application of various VAT regimes (withholding, retention, and collection) * Preparation and reconciliation of monthly current and deferred income tax accounts. * Support other company departments with advice on their tax obligations. * Manage responses to legal and accounting requests, preparation and delivery of information to external entities (INEI, SUNAT, Auditors, etc.) * Other duties relevant to the assigned position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * 2 years of experience in tax or taxation area. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in monthly and annual tax determination, electronic books, and deferred income tax. * Knowledge of SAP R3 system. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in San Isidro.
