You will be responsible for coordinating technical and business teams, ensuring the proper implementation of data solutions aligned with strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Lead the planning and execution of data projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data engineers, analysts, data scientists, etc.). * Manage schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies. * Ensure the proper delivery of data solutions (ETL, BI, analytics, etc.). * Translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders. * Promote best practices in project management and agile methodologies. **Requirements and Skills** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience managing technology projects, ideally in data migrations. * Knowledge of data concepts (ETL, data warehouse, BI, analytics). * Experience with agile and traditional methodologies. * Experience in budget management. * Proficiency in MS Project, PMP, Jira, MS Office. * Basic knowledge of BIAN. * Experience working with Azure * Experience in financial projects (banking, microfinance \- desirable) * Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Experience coordinating technical teams. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred partner for digital engineering and modernization for some of the world’s leading enterprises and native digital companies.
