




Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to execute payments, prepare financial transactions, generate reports, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Maintenance of treasury documentation WE ARE SEEKING: TREASURY ASSISTANT Responsibilities ✔ Execute payments to suppliers, payroll, and tax obligations according to the established schedule. ✔ Prepare bank transfers, deposits, checks, and other financial transactions. ✔ Prepare daily cash and bank reports. ✔ Perform bank reconciliations and maintain an updated record of financial operations. ✔ Monitor collections, fund receipts, and accounts receivable. ✔ Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital documentation for the Treasury Department. ✔ Prepare administrative documents and reports required by the department. ✔ Respond to management requests. ✔ Other duties inherent to the position as assigned. Requirements Graduate or technical specialist in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, collections, accounts receivable, or similar roles. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the CONCAR system. We Offer Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Formal employment contract from day one. Small Business Regime. Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
