Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Barista to prepare and fulfill customer orders while maintaining order and hygiene in the work area and ensuring product quality. Responsibility, commitment, and proactivity We are Olivia, a food service company currently undergoing expansion; therefore, we are looking for top talent to fill our **part-time Barista** position. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, cafés, or juice bars in related roles. (Desirable). · Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. (Desirable). · Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Availability to work in San Isidro. SKILLS: · Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. · Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensure adequate stock of supplies in the area before starting duties. · Maintain accurate inventory records for all products entering, stored in, or leaving the area. · Maintain order, hygiene, and cleanliness in the work area. · Prepare and fulfill customer orders. · Assemble desserts for display in the area’s showcase. · Produce and label supplies required during the shift. · Adhere to allowable waste limits and honestly and transparently record any waste. · Inspect and safeguard the integrity of equipment assigned to the area.
