Ongoing training and professional growth We are looking for a proactive **Barista / Bar Assistant**, passionate about coffee and dedicated to service, to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of hot and cold beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, frappés, etc.). * Support at the bar: order assembly, dispatch, and coordination with the kitchen. * Customer service at the counter. * Consistent cleaning and organization of the work area. * Washing of utensils and basic equipment maintenance. * Restocking of supplies (milk, coffee, toppings, etc.). * Care for assets within their work area **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a café or similar industry (preferred). * Basic knowledge of coffee (espresso extraction, milk steaming). * Speed, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. * Positive attitude and excellent customer interaction skills. * Availability for rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training in coffee and service. * Opportunities for career advancement within the business. **Location:** \[Jesus Maria (on Gregorio Escobedo) \- Miraflores (on Larco)] **Schedule:** \[rotating shifts] Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
