Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Permanent (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities** * Orchestrate the customer acquisition and retention strategy in synergy with Provincial Executives and Transactional Executives, filtering and prioritizing the prospect base. * Conduct frequent travel to assigned provinces (North or South East) * Execute expert consultative sales during visits to potential clients jointly identified with Corporate Banking. * Structure competitive economic proposals (Pricing), negotiating volume- and card mix (credit/debit)-based fees with BBVA's Pricing team, ensuring healthy margins for the company. * Accelerate the contractual closing cycle ("Time-to-Revenue"), managing physical contract signing and immediate entry into the Bank's systems. * Secure expected billing during the "Traction" phase (Months 1 and 2), monitoring weekly actual vs. estimated cash flows and implementing immediate action plans in case of deviations. * Foster loyalty among the assigned portfolio (Farming) through a recurring visit schedule and close client relationships. * Escalate technical issues or equipment delivery problems to Operations and Support areas for immediate resolution. * Identify gaps in Acquiring products to prioritize and develop them according to client needs.
