




Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism for a position involving telephone support, guest service, and coordination of hotel services, requiring proficiency in the OPERA system and advanced English. Advanced English (mandatory) A hotel company requires a Hospitality and Tourism graduate to join its team: * Completed studies in Hospitality and Tourism. * Minimum 1 year of work experience in this role. * Customer service experience (preferred). * Advanced English (mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in the OPERA system ***Responsibilities:*** * Answer incoming telephone calls, adhering to the standard of answering by the third ring. * Provide Guest Service support by directly handling guest calls regarding laundry service, room cleaning, equipment repair, and other requests; promptly and diligently reporting such requests to the relevant department and following up on each request to ensure resolution. * Handle Room Service calls and coordinate with the assigned waiter to serve guests during the night shift. * Report any emergency via radio to the Security Department, including fire alarm panel alerts and/or elevator emergencies. * Record outgoing calls made by our guests, posting those calls that incur charges. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Minimum 1 year of work experience in this role. * Customer service experience (preferred). * Advanced English (mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in the OPERA system ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Point-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
