Our **Finance** team is looking for an **Accounting Supervisor** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to perform analysis and reporting on financial statements related to fixed assets, IFRS 16 leases, and foreign exchange differences, in accordance with IFRS standards, as well as prepare financial reports for various business areas. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements, as well as other financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and delivery within deadlines set by Management. * Conduct variance analysis and review of accounting accounts, in accordance with IFRS/IAS guidelines and Group policies, ensuring reasonableness and fidelity of financial information. * Carry out other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Management, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion. * Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring efficient execution and follow-up on implementation of recommendations issued. * Drive continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes, in coordination with the IGBS team, aiming to increase efficiency, control, and accuracy of information. * Verify and ensure correct application of current accounting standards in recording the company’s daily transactions. * Coordinate with market teams to ensure timely and complete submission of required information for monthly and annual financial close. * Supervise and review manual journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and compliance with Group accounting policies. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of financial close processes such as IFRS 16, fixed assets, doubtful debt provisions, payroll, foreign exchange differences, inventory, revenue, and costs. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
