Monthly pay: S/.1,200.00. * Prepare menu dishes. * Monitor the temperature of each kitchen element. * Cook and present dishes. * Maintain order and labeling. * Conduct quality control for each prepared dish. * Manage supply of required ingredients and products. * Clean and organize the workspace. * *Restock cold items (verify stock levels) and inform the supervisor to place orders as needed.* * Prepare sauces according to procedures established by the corporate chef to ensure product quality and flavor. * Clean the work area to ensure order and product quality for the end consumer. * Daily verification of expiration dates and reporting to the kitchen supervisor. * Prepare menu dishes according to standard kitchen department procedures. * Provide support for various instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor during dish preparation.
