Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventories, verify goods, register materials, and supervise operational and documentary warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage physical and cyclic inventories to ensure record accuracy 2. Verify, receive, and classify goods and materials in the warehouse 3. Supervise operational and documentary warehouse processes At ZGROUP, we are looking for top talent to join us in the position of **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT**. **Requirements:** * Completed studies (technical or university-level) in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of warehouse management is desirable * Willingness to work in Callao **What challenges will I face?** * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Verify coding and registration of goods entering the warehouse. * Conduct periodic physical inventories, ensuring consistency between records and actual inventory. * Manage routine inventory control (via cyclic inventory of domestic and imported spare parts) to ensure inventory accuracy and location integrity; prepare reports for direct supervision. * Receive, verify, and register materials, ensuring correct entry into the warehouse. * Classify materials within the warehouse and label accordingly (shelves, racks, boxes, packs, etc.). * Record and report incidents such as breakages, shortages, or other anomalies affecting stored items. * Execute receipt and dispatch of requested materials, complying with established norms and procedures—raw materials, spare parts, uniforms, supplies—along with documentation and control. * Supervise and validate operational and documentary warehouse processes, ensuring each stage of the logistics process (receiving, storage, dispatch, returns) is executed correctly—verifying both documentary management (delivery notes, records, stock cards, reports) and physical operations—according to established procedures and quality standards. * Other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Job stability * Immediate payroll enrollment * Market-competitive salary **This is your opportunity to become part of a great family!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
