We are looking for a **Bar Manager** to join one of the fastest-growing grill restaurants in Miraflores. What You Will Do: * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards. * Craft classic and signature cocktails while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. * Organize, stock, and maintain a clean, orderly, and fully operational bar. * Monitor beverage, supply, and glassware inventory, promptly reporting restocking needs. * Verify proper storage and preservation of products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service to create memorable experiences. * Coordinate with dining room and kitchen teams to ensure swift, high-quality service. We Are Looking For Candidates With: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or Bar Manager in restaurants, bars, or gastronomic chains. * Knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, beverages, and bar supplies handling. * Inventory management and stock control skills. * Outstanding service attitude, dynamism, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**, **6 days per week**, with **1 day off**. * Availability to work in **Miraflores**. We Offer: * Salary of **S/ 1,800**. * Mobility bonus of **S/ 104 monthly**. * Performance bonuses starting from the **4th month**, ranging between **S/ 500 and S/ 700 monthly**, based on results. * Enrollment in the **MYPE Regime payroll system** from day one. * Timely payments. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
