Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Agent to handle telephone and digital customer service, resolve inquiries, and coordinate home visits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer service and inquiries via telephone and WhatsApp. 2. Coordinate home visits for product inspection. 3. Be part of a leading company in the Retail sector. We are currently seeking two **Call Center Agents** for our office located in **Carmen de la Legua \- Callao**. Below is the detailed information: **What are the job responsibilities?** * Answer incoming calls to the call center. * Handle customer service via telephone and resolve inquiries regarding requests and/or repairs. * Respond to customer service inquiries via WhatsApp (Chatigo). * Collect customer data for home visit requests for product inspection and coordinate with the administrative office. **What are the job requirements?** * Completion of secondary education is mandatory. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing the stated duties. * Availability to work in Carmen de la Legua \- Callao. **What benefits does the position offer?** * Enrollment in the General Labor Regime payroll from day one. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance, EsSalud insurance). * 100% company-covered lunch on all working days. * Food card starting from the 4th month.
